Through the Historic Lands of Qur’an is an amazing new film (in CD format) directed by Dr. Kamal Pasha and Dr. P.K. Abdurazak, professors at P.S.M.O College, Tirurangadi in Kerala. Dr Abdurazak holds a Ph.D in Arabic from the Calicut University, while Dr Kamal Pasha was former head of the department of History at P.S.M.O College. Between 1997 and 1998, they undertook the task of traveling to over 15 countries including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Oman, Iran, Georgia, Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen and Qatar to discover the lands that are mentioned in the Qur’an and also stories of the Prophets. The film is meticulously picturised with intricate details. Combined with excellent camera work, the film takes the viewer through the history of the Prophets.
