Only Mosque covered by Roof


The Jamia Masjid or the great mosque in the Gulbarga in Karnataka is the only large mosque in India that is completely covered by a roof. It was built in 1367, during the reign of Muhammad Shah Bahmani 1. This Mosque is believed to be the replica of great mosque in Cardova in Spain.
