1 - PLANNING ENGINEER/MANAGR (3)
M.Tech. in Mech/Elec/Civil Engg. with 6 yrs experience in planing, scheduling and management of operation, and maintenance of water & sewerage treatment plant, power and workshop equipment, vehicle, laundry and boiler instrument and commercial equipment.
2 - MANAGER MAIN PLANTS - (2)
M.Tech. in Mech engg with 6 yrs exp in planning, guide Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic maintenance, knowledge of safety procedures and cost estimation and international codes.
3 - SUPERVISOR A/C WORKSHOP \ SUPERVISER POWER PLANT (2)
B.Tech. in Mech./ Elect. Engg. with 8 yrs exp in maintenance & repairing system of central A/C, split, window and packaging unit. Perform cost and technical analysis.
4 - CHIEF MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (1)
M.Tech in Mech/Elect/Civil Engg. with 4 - 6 yrs exp in planning, scheduling maintenance and epairing of water and sewerage treatment plant/ power plant, laundry and boiler.
5 - ELECTRICAL ENGGINEER MV/LV DISTRIBUTION (1)
M.Tch. with 10 Yrs. Exp. in MV/LV power transmission and distribution from sub station (M.V.) to package substation level of 13.8 KV from which minimum 5 yrs exp. In design, preparation and evaluation of tender documents and supervision of HV/MV network and well-versed design of lighting power station/ PA system, CCTV/CATV system.
6- ARCHETRACTURAL SITE ENGINEER (1)
B.Tech in Architectural Engg. with 8 Yrs. Exp in supervision, evaluation of finishing works, material testing and landscaping.
8 - MECHNICAL ENGINEER (HAVC) -(1)
M.Tech. with 10 Yrs. Exp with 5 Yrs. In evaluation, preparation of tender documents of HVAC LDX and chilled water system, public and industrial building warehouses & residential building.

1 - ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR - (2)Diploma in Elect. Engg. with 5 yrs.
Exp. and execute electrical work including estimation of bill of quantity, installing and commissioning of all elect. Equipment and control panels.
2 - VEHILE WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR - (2)
Diploma in Mech. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in Electrical Engg. such as industrial equipment, heavy moving and transportation equipment
3 - MECHANICAL WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR - (1)
Diploma in Mech Engg. with 5 yrs. Exp. in following different types of machines with maintenance
4 - WATER NETWORK TECHNICIAN - (2)
Diploma in Mech. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in maintenance & repairing of water treatment plant and pump station.
5 - GENERATOR TECH. - (2)
Diploma in Mech. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in operation and maintenance of diesel power plant with servicing mechanical and electrical accessories.
6 - PACKAGE A/C TECH. - (3)
Diploma in A/C with 5 yrs. Exp. in operating, maintenance repairing of package unit as per manufacturer tools.
7 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND SEWAGE TECH. - (4)
Mech. Engg. Diploma with 5 Yrs. Exp. in maintenance and over holing high pressure and follow up reading at the site as level, temp, voltage and current discharges.
8 - CHILLER SUPERVISOR - (3)
Diploma in A/C with 5 Yrs. Exp. in maintenance programs of chiller plants.
9 - IRRIGATION SYSTEM TECH. - (1)
Diploma in Mech. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in irrigation & water distribution.
10 - CONTROL PANEL TECH. - (3)
Diploma in Elect. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in maintenance, installing and commissioning the control panels .
11- DIESEL GENERATOR OPERATOR - (5)
Diploma in Mech./Elect. with 5 Yrs. Exp. in genset operation and control panels M.V.
12 - HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICIAN - (2)
Diploma in Elect. Engg. with 5 Yrs. Exp in maintenance and repairing connection with distribution panel using equipment and instrument.
13 - ELECTRONIC TECH. - (2)
Diploma in electronic with 5 Yrs. Exp.
GENERAL CONDITION
1 - Good command of English with computer and management skills for engineers to knowledge of QC and safety regulation of relevant job and international standard such as NEC, ANSI, AASH, AASHTO , ACI, BS, UBC, NEC, IEC, NEMA, ASHRAE, AMACNA, ETC. as applicable.
