Wonder How Kids Spent Ramadan?
Take Syed Mohammed Shehzaan, 6 years, studying in Gem English School, R.T.Nagar, In Bangalore. This Standard 2nd boy completed all the 30 days of fasting. Residing at Rahamathnagar, Shehzaan did not need an alarm to wake him up for sehri. He woke up by himself and was there on the dot with mom Ayesha Rukhsana to have his sehri meal. He would then accompany his grandfather A.S. Abdul Rahim, (Rtd, official of KEB) for the prayers to the mosque.
Living Miracle
By Seema Saleem
Hyderabad
Farooq Ali, a resident of Karwan area in Hyderabad, is in possession of a unique old copy of the holy Quran whose pages have been almost completely eaten away by the white ants, but the part of the pages on which the holy verses are written in Arabic remain untouched as if they were deliberately left untouched. On some of the pages even the space between the two lines was also eaten away leaving only the lines in different pieces. Farooq Ali describes it as a living miracle of Quran. “In the case of other books, you will find that the white ants leave nothing and entire books are turned into powder. The moment I saw this, I sensed some thing extraordinary,” he said. The copy of the Quran which was damaged because of over use was kept aside in his house for many years as the copies of the holy Quran cannot be discarded just like that. It was during the clearing of the house that Farooq Ali came across this unique phenomenon and decided to preserve it. Sure, it is an open proof of the fact that Allah has taken the responsibility of preserving the holy Quran.
